Plan the entire wedding duty
A wedding car request should cover the reporting time, ceremony venue, photo stops, reception, final drop and any empty movement between them. The ceremony time alone is rarely the whole duty. Choose the car and the guest transport separately
Tell us whether you need a car for the couple, a premium vehicle for family members, guest shuttles or a combination. State any preferred make, model, colour or seating layout as a request. A named luxury model is not reserved until the written offer identifies it and confirms availability. Ask for current vehicle details and photographs, luggage capacity and the conditions for any proposed substitution. Larger guest groups may need travellers or coaches as a separate service.
What the quote must show
Before payment, the written offer should list the base package, included hours and kilometres, when duty and distance counting begin, extra-hour and extra-kilometre rates, driver allowance, applicable tax, tolls and parking. It should also identify any minimum charge, night duty, waiting, venue access cost or seasonal premium. Costs that cannot be fixed in advance need a clear calculation rule and supporting receipts where applicable. A headline starting price is not the final payable amount.
Decoration, photography and delays
Decoration is optional and needs a separate description, price and vehicle-owner approval. Confirm permitted materials, setup time, removal and any cleaning charge before the event. Discuss photo-stop locations and venue access with the planner. Traffic or a late ceremony can extend duty; agree overtime rates and how an extension will be approved. Do not assume standing through a sunroof, unsafe processions or vehicle modifications are permitted.
Deposit, changes and cancellation
Request the deposit amount, balance due date, receipt details, cancellation schedule and refund conditions with the quote. Changes to the date, route, vehicle or duty length require a revised offer.
