Effective 24 September 2026. IPCBus (IPC Tours & Travels, No 16/1 TSP Road, Kalasipalyam, Bengaluru 560002) uses the information you provide to answer transport enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange confirmed trips and provide customer support. For questions or data requests, contact info@ipcbus.in.
Information we use
We may receive your name and contact details, selected pickup and destination, journey date, passenger requirements, correspondence and booking or payment reference. When you sign in with ChatGPT to request a quote, the platform gives this site your account email and a site-specific user identifier. We use the email to attribute your request and contact you; IPCBus does not receive your ChatGPT password. The planner temporarily stores your trip in this browser during sign-in so you can continue where you left off. Location access is optional and only used when you select “use current location”. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider when a secure checkout is offered, not by this quote form.
Who receives it
We share the trip information needed for a quote or confirmed journey with the assigned transport operator and service providers that support mapping, messaging, hosting and payments. We do not sell booking details. Quote requests are stored with our site hosting provider so IPCBus can review and respond to them. We do not use WhatsApp to submit this form.
Choice and retention
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by email, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. You can decline optional location access and enter an address manually. Essential storage may be required to keep the site working; optional analytics or marketing storage will require a separate choice before activation.
Security and updates
We restrict access to booking information to people and providers who need it to deliver the service. We may update this notice as the booking and payment system changes, with the effective date shown here.
