Gozo: keep the confirmation’s inclusion list
Gozo’s FAQ directs customers to the booking confirmation for inclusions and exclusions such as tolls, state taxes, parking and excess kilometres. Its Chennai-to-Anchal and Chennai-to-Srikakulam pages illustrate route-specific selling for Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. Send the same itinerary you use with other suppliers and ask IPCBus for the actual available vehicle, passenger and luggage capacity, included hours and kilometres, driver charges, applicable tax, tolls, parking, night duty and overtime. For a wedding, add decoration, setup and waiting requirements. Request deposit, cancellation and substitution terms before payment.
