Can I reserve a specific model or colour?
Tell us your preference. We will confirm the actual available vehicle, details and any substitution terms in the written offer. A preference alone does not reserve that model.
Is decoration included?
Decoration is optional. The design, permitted materials, setup time and any removal or cleaning fee must be agreed separately.
What if the event runs late?
Your quote must state extra-hour and extra-kilometre rates, any night-duty rules and how extensions are approved. Keep the event coordinator and driver informed.
