Booking terms
Effective 23 September 2026. IPCBus is currently accepting group transport enquiries starting in the Chennai or Bengaluru metropolitan service areas, with destinations across India. This website identifies the business as IPC Tours & Travels. Registered office: No 16/1 TSP Road, Kalasipalyam, Bengaluru 560002. The supplier, assigned operator and any applicable tax-registration details will be stated in your confirmed quote before payment.
Quotes and confirmation
Prices shown in the estimator are indicative. A quote request does not reserve a vehicle or create a paid booking. We confirm the vehicle, itinerary, fare, taxes, tolls, parking, permits, driver allowances and payment schedule in writing before asking you to pay. A booking is confirmed only after you accept that written offer and the required payment is successfully received.
Wedding and luxury enquiries
Wedding cars and chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles are available for enquiry in the current metropolitan service areas. A model, colour, decoration or other preference is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. The offer must state the actual vehicle, included hours and distance, counting basis, additional-use rates, optional decoration and cleaning charges, deposit and cancellation conditions. Material substitutions or chargeable changes require your agreement.
Changes and cancellation
You can withdraw an unaccepted quote request without charge. The cancellation and refund terms for a confirmed booking must be displayed with its written offer before payment. Route, date, passenger count and vehicle changes can alter the fare or availability; we will seek your approval first. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Journey responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup and passenger details, arrive at the agreed time and comply with lawful vehicle and safety requirements. Operators must provide the vehicle and driver identified in the booking confirmation or obtain your approval for a suitable replacement. Contact us promptly if a journey cannot proceed as agreed.
