A luxury-car enquiry should describe the journey clearly: an airport transfer, corporate duty, wedding, family occasion or a local hourly booking. Comfort requirements worth stating
Share the number of passengers and suitcases, the preferred seating arrangement and any accessibility requirements. Ask for the actual vehicle details, recent photographs and luggage capacity before accepting the offer. A luxury sedan, a premium MPV and a large coach solve different needs. Do not rely on a generic luxury label to establish legroom, step height, luggage space, vehicle age or a guaranteed model.
Read the package limits
The quote should identify included hours and kilometres, the start and end points for distance counting, driver charges and the extra-use rates. Airport transfers should explain waiting allowance, flight-delay handling, parking and the meeting point. A local package should explain whether unused hours or kilometres can be carried forward; do not assume they can. A multi-stop duty needs the complete route rather than a single destination.
Additional costs before you pay
Ask for applicable tax, tolls, parking, night duty, driver allowance, extra hours, extra kilometres and any return-to-base charge to be stated separately or expressly included. Optional decoration, refreshments or special requests need their own confirmed prices. Where a cost is payable at actuals, the quote should say how it is evidenced.
