For local hire: the selected base time/distance package, with driver bata included. For outstation estimates: the billable distance or daily minimum, the displayed driver bata and any configured night-halt amount. A selected premium (+12%) or luxury (+25%) service grade adjusts the vehicle component only; it does not confirm a luxury-car model.
Not calculated in the estimate: applicable GST, tolls, parking, permits/state charges, additional hours or kilometres, optional extras, and any charges not listed in the estimate. These must be fixed or given a clear calculation rule in your written quote before payment. A zero configured night-halt amount is not a promise that all overnight expenses are included.

Passenger pickup or garage-to-garage, daily minimums, return movement and the definition of a hire day.

Included, fixed extra, or charged at actuals. Ask for the applicable tax amount and receipts for actual expenses.
Driver & overnight costs
Daily allowance, night duty, accommodation, meals and night halt: identify what is included and avoid duplicate charges.
Wedding & luxury extras
Actual car model, decoration, setup, removal, cleaning, venue access, photo-stop waiting and seasonal premiums, if applicable.
Payment & cancellation
Deposit, balance due date, cancellation schedule, refund conditions and how a route or vehicle change is approved.
