For local hire: the selected base time/distance package, with driver bata included. For outstation estimates: the billable distance or fixed 300 km per day minimum, including the vehicle’s return to base for one-way outstation travel, the displayed driver bata and any configured night-halt amount. A selected premium (+12%) or luxury (+25%) service grade adjusts the vehicle component only; it does not confirm a luxury-car model.
Not calculated in the estimate: the exact applicable GST, bus-class tolls, parking, permits/state charges, additional hours or kilometres, optional extras, and any charges not listed in the estimate. These must be fixed or given a clear calculation rule in your written quote before payment. A zero configured night-halt amount is not a promise that all overnight expenses are included.

Applicable tax, tolls, parking, permits and other agreed extras are additional. The route length, availability and final amount need confirmation. This example assumes the vehicle returns by the same 200 km road route; 400 km exceeds the 300 km daily minimum. The final route and extras must be confirmed.

Distance & duty counting
Passenger pickup or garage-to-garage, daily minimums, return movement and the definition of a hire day.
Tax, tolls & parking
Included, fixed extra, or charged at actuals. Ask for the applicable tax amount and receipts for actual expenses.
Driver & overnight costs
Daily allowance, night duty, accommodation, meals and night halt: identify what is included and avoid duplicate charges.
Wedding & luxury extras
Actual car model, decoration, setup, removal, cleaning, venue access, photo-stop waiting and seasonal premiums, if applicable.
Payment & cancellation
Deposit, balance due date, cancellation schedule, refund conditions and how a route or vehicle change is approved.
